  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 3/4 of a cucumber
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 2 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/2 apple
  • 15 ml flax seed
  • 500 ml coconut water


  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We recommend a Vitamix or Nutribullet.
