  • 3-4 carrots, pealed and washed (for Vit. A (beta-carotene), B6, K, Biotin, and Potassium)
  • 375 ml cubed pineapple (for Vit. A, C, D, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium)
  • 1/2 apple washed (for Vit. A, B1, B2, B6, C, Folate, and Fiber)
  • 1/2 pear (for Vit. A, C, D, B6, B12, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium)
  • 1/2 orange (for Vit. A, C, D, B6, B12, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, folate, potassium, thiamin)
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger (anti-inflammatory, improve indigestion, energizing)


  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabullet or Vitamixer sofar.
