  • 250 ml frozen Blueberries (for Vit K, C, Superfood, Manganese)
  • 1 large pear (for Vit. K, B6, C, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Folate, Magnesium, and Manganese)
  • 1 Lime (for Vit. C, Folate, Panthothenic)
  • 3 Sprigs of Parsley (for Vit. E, B6, A, C, K, protein, Thiamin ,Riboflavin, Niacin, Zinc, fiber, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium,Copper and Manganese)
  • 1 small size piece of Ginger (anti inflammatory, improves digestion, energizing)
  • Top with 250ML coconut water or to desired consistency


  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabullet or Vitamixer.
