Master Chef Dario Tomaselli with almost 40 years as a chef in fine dining has worked around the world. Trained in Italy and working with Chef Giredet in France he has created years of his own masterpieces from around the world.
My (Anita) first experience of fine dining was in a French Restaurant in Paris. Many have spoken of food so fine that your taste buds are tinkling with excitement. I didn’t believe it till that day in Paris with a simple flavour combination of Cassoulet. Now I get to experience that on an ongoing bases with my partner Chef Dario Tomaselli that we want to share so you can cook and eat together with friends and family.
Our reasoning with our White Bean Cassoulet is to make it simple for anyone to make while still offering the flavours a French Cassoulet will give you.
