Mint of Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Fresh Mint
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Large Carrot ½ Banana
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Approx ½ cup Coconut water ( or desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabullet or Vitamixer.
  2. Enjoy a nutritious and refreshing healthy drink.
