- 1 litre canned tomato
- 60 grams chopped onions
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 125 grams Jalapeno chilis, or serrano chili
- Fresh Cilantro
- Salt to taste
- In a blender combine tomato, onions, garlic, chillies and cilantro stems until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet, add the tomato mixture and cook slowly for 10 minute.
- Adjust seasoning and set aside for next use.
