  • 1 litre canned tomato
  • 60 grams chopped onions
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 125 grams Jalapeno chilis, or serrano chili
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Salt to taste


  • In a blender combine tomato, onions, garlic, chillies and cilantro stems until smooth.
  • Heat the oil in a medium skillet, add the tomato mixture and cook slowly for 10 minute.
  • Adjust seasoning and set aside for next use.
