  • 250 ml fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 thumb size ginger
  • 125 ml frozen banana
  • 125 ml vanilla protein powder
  • 125 ml beets
  • 2.5 ml chia seeds
  • 250 ml coconut water (to desired thickness)


  • Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabullet or Vitamix.
  • Enjoy as a nutritious pairing with your meal for a healthier lifestyle.
