Strawberry Cha-Cha Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • ½ thumb size ginger
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup beets
  • Booster ½ tsp chia seeds
  • Coconut water to desired thickness 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all together in a blender juicer. We have had much success with the Nutrabullet or Vitamixer.
  2. Enjoy as a nutritious pairing with your meal for a healthier lifestyle.

Tip:

Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke. Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium. A 28-gram, or 1-ounce, serving of chia seeds also contains 5.6 grams of protein.
