Eat Momma’s Veggies

March 4th at 6:30 pm Eastern/3:30pm Pacific

This class is dear to Anita’s heart and inspired by her mom, Fenna Heidema.

As a child, Anita’s mom always liked to make sure Anita would get enough veggies. She would have 3/4 of her plate with veggies at dinner along with a homemade juice. This is a tradition Anita carried on with Dario and their family.

With an ongoing goal to stay healthy for many more years, Anita has always looked for interesting ways to add more vegetables to her family’s life and now she wants to share with you — healthy foods to improve your life like in the Mediterranean Lifestyle.

Proceeds from this class and future classes of Eat Momma’s Veggies will go to The Fenna Heidema Lewybody Foundation.
